Who we are
Business Umbrella is a recruitment, executive search and HR firm founded by Mohummed Yasir Charakla, with an office in Sharjah Media City (Shams). We hire for employers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar, and we also offer consulting, training, business licensing and PRO services. We have served more than 500 companies since we started, and in 2026 we have handled 207 roles for 38 employers.

How we work with clients
- Written agreement before any search.
- Fees for permanent hires are a percentage of annual gross salary, payable only on the candidate’s joining date.
- Free replacement if a hire leaves within the first three months.
- Candidate data is used only for the hiring process and is never passed to third parties without consent.
- Candidates never pay us a fee.
